Dispatch Time

Dispatch usually happens within three business days from purchase date but may vary during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances; nevertheless, we still ensure dispatching as soon as possible.

Delivery Time

Once dispatched, estimated time of arrival is between 4-7 working days depending on your location, local courier services and other external factors beyond our control. We work with reliable shipping companies for timely and safe delivery of our aprons.

Shipping Methods

We offer standard shipping for all orders within our area of coverage. For expedited delivery or specific instructions regarding the same prior communication is necessary through this address support@cosplaycollectibles.com before placing an order since additional costs can be incurred due to expedited mail charges.

International Shipping

CosPlay Collectibles ships its products to selected international destinations. International deliveries take longer than usual because of customs procedures and distance considerations. Allow extra time for international mail deliveries.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). These numbers can be used on our website or directly at the shipping provider’s web tracking system in seeking more information about your package.

Delivery Attempts

Our couriers will attempt delivery several times before finally giving up on the customer’s address given by the client when purchasing. If there is no one receiving it, they’ll leave a notification card behind so that you can either have it redelivered or address to pick up the package from their office.

Missing or Damaged Items

If your order is missing items, contact us at support@cosplaycollectibles.com instantly since it might have been damaged during shipping as well. We will look into the matter and resolve it quickly to your satisfaction.

Shipping is free worldwide; however, customers will be liable for any remote area charges.
