These terms explain the rules for using our website and buying from us. By shopping here, you agree to these terms.

Who Can Shop Here

You must be 18 years or older to buy from us. No exceptions.

We sell replica swords, knives, axes, and other collections. These aren't toys. They're for adult collectors, cosplayers, and enthusiasts only.

If you're under 18, you cannot create an account or place an order. We check ages and will cancel orders if we suspect someone is underage. For more, check our age policy.

About Our Products

What We Sell

We sell replica and licensed items (unless specifically stated) inspired by anime, movies, video games, and history.

Our products include:

● Display pieces (decorative only)

Battle-ready items (functional, sharp)

● Customized items (with engraving or personalization)

● Custom orders to make (ask for more details)

Product Descriptions

We do our best to describe and photograph everything accurately. However:

● Colors may look different on your screen

● Sizes and weights are approximate

● Minor variations can happen in handmade items

● We update product info regularly, but can't guarantee everything is perfect

If you receive something that doesn't match the description in a significant way, contact us within 3 days.

Products Are "As Is"

Unless an item arrives damaged or defective, what you see is what you get. We don't guarantee these items will meet your personal expectations beyond what we've described.

Pricing and Payment

Payment

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other payment methods shown at checkout.

When you place an order:

Price Errors

If we make a pricing mistake (like listing a $300 sword for $30), we'll contact you before shipping. You can either:

● Pay the correct price

● Cancel for a full refund

We won't ship items with obvious pricing errors.

Placing Orders

How Orders Work

We Can Refuse Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if:

● We suspect fraud

● The billing information doesn't match

● Someone is using stolen payment info

● The order seems like it's from a reseller trying to buy in bulk at retail prices

● We can't verify your age

● The shipping address is incomplete or suspicious

If we cancel your order, we'll refund you in full.

Out of Stock Items

If something goes out of stock after you order, we'll contact you with options:

● Choose something else

● Get a full refund

Shipping

Standard Shipping

Most orders ship within 7-9 business days with tracking.

We ship to addresses in the United States and internationally. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Further, check our shipping policies.

International Orders

If you're ordering from outside the US:

● You're responsible for customs fees, duties, and taxes

● Your country may restrict certain items (blade length, type of weapon, etc.)

● Shipping takes longer (maybe 2-4 weeks)

● You're responsible for knowing your local laws

We're not responsible if customs seizes your package or if the item is illegal where you live.

Delivery Issues

Once the carrier confirms delivery, we're not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, contact us, and we'll try to help.

If tracking shows "delivered", but you didn't receive it:

● Check with neighbors

● Check all doors and mailboxes

● Wait 24 hours (sometimes marked delivered early)

● File a claim with the carrier

● Contact us - we might be able to help

Product Safety and Legal Responsibility

These Are Real Sharp Objects

Many of our products have sharp blades (requested by customers) or pointed tips. Some are functional items.

You are responsible for:

● Handling items safely

● Storing them away from children

● Using them appropriately (cosplay, display, martial arts practice)

● Not using them to harm anyone or commit crimes

We're not liable if you hurt yourself or someone else. These are collector items, not toys.

Battle-Ready vs Display

Display items: For looking at, not for hitting things

Battle-ready items: Functional, can be used for practice

Don't swing display items around. They can break and hurt you.

Legal Compliance

You are responsible for knowing and following your local laws.

Different places have different rules about:

● Blade length restrictions

● Carrying knives or swords in public

● Owning certain types of items

● Importing items across borders

We're not lawyers, and we don't know the laws in your city, state, or country. Research your local laws before ordering.

If you order something illegal where you live, that's your problem, not ours. We won't refund you if customs seizes it or if local police confiscate it.

You Must Be Responsible

By ordering from us, you agree:

● You'll use products legally and safely

● You won't blame us if you do something stupid

● You know your local weapon laws

If you use our products to commit a crime or hurt someone, you're fully responsible. We will cooperate with law enforcement.

Custom Services

Engraving and Personalization

We offer custom engraving on many products.

Important rules:

● Engraving is permanent

● You're responsible for spelling, grammar, and accuracy

● We'll send you a preview if you request one

● Once we start engraving, you can't cancel

● Custom items have different return rules (see Return Policy)

Double-check everything before submitting a custom order.

Blade Sharpening

We offer free blade sharpening on request.

Important:

● Sharpened blades are dangerous - handle with care

Only request sharpening if you're 100% sure you're keeping the item.

Your Account

Creating an Account

You can create an account to:

● Save shipping info

● Get faster checkout

● See order history

You're responsible for:

● Keeping your password secure

● Any orders placed under your account

● Updating your contact info

● Logging out on shared computers

If someone hacks your account because you shared your password, that's on you.

Accurate Information

Provide real information when ordering:
